Creative Project Manager & Designer We are seeking a highly organized and creative Creative Project Manager & Designer who combines strong graphic design expertise with exceptional project management skills. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of visual and creative projects—from concept through completion—ensuring deliverables are high-quality, on brand, and completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on designer and a strategic coordinator who thrives at the intersection of creativity, brand stewardship, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, including timelines and deliverables
- Develop project plans, schedules and workflows to ensure efficient execution
- Participate in project kickoffs, status updates and post-project reviews
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and stakeholder expectations Graphic Design
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels (e.g., marketing materials, social media, presentations, web assets)
- Translate strategic objectives into compelling visual designs
- Maintain and evolve visual consistency across all creative outputs
- Stay current with design trends, tools and technologies Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with marketing and leadership teams to understand project and brand objectives
- Clearly communicate creative concepts, timelines and rationale to stakeholders
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project life cycle
- Coordinate external freelancers, agencies or vendors as needed Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- 3-7+ years of experience in graphic design, branding and/or creative project management
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and brand work across multiple platforms
- Proven experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines, and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in marketing or agency environment a plus
