This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who brings both strong creative judgment and the ability to execute. The Art Director will help shape visual direction across campaigns, digital content, e-commerce, social media, and other customer-facing brand experiences. We're looking for someone with exceptional taste, a distinct creative point of view, and a strong understanding of what makes imagery feel elevated, cohesive, and memorable. What You'll Do Concept and develop photo shoots, campaigns, and visual stories from initial idea through final execution. Develop creative decks, moodboards, visual references, and overall art direction. Art direct photography and video shoots, including posing, composition, lighting, casting, and overall visual execution. Collaborate with photographers, stylists, producers, hair and makeup professionals, and other creative partners. Provide clear creative direction and feedback throughout production and post-production. Maintain strong visual consistency across photography, styling, lighting, editing, retouching, casting, and image treatment. Provide art direction for e-commerce and digital content and make on-set image selections. Partner with internal teams to ensure creative content is cohesive across channels. Participate in casting and provide creative input on talent selection. Research locations, talent, trends, and creative references. Serve as a visual quality-control resource across creative work. Stay current on photography, art, culture, consumer trends, and evolving visual styles while maintaining a distinct creative perspective. Bring ideas, solutions, and thoughtful creative judgment to projects from concept through completion. What We're Looking For 5+ years of relevant experience in Art Direction, Creative, Visual Design, or a related role. Proven experience concepting and art directing professional photo shoots and campaigns. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual judgment and a clear creative point of view. Exceptional eye for composition, lighting, styling, color, and image treatment. Hands-on experience directing photography and video on set. Strong understanding of editorial, e-commerce, and digital imagery. Ability to take a creative concept from a blank page through final execution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to bring a strong point of view while remaining collaborative and receptive to direction. Graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus. The Right Person You have strong creative instincts and high standards, but you also know how to collaborate, communicate, and get the work done. You notice details others miss, understand how individual images contribute to a larger brand story, and are comfortable taking ownership of creative work from concept through final execution. A portfolio demonstrating relevant art direction and visual work is required for consideration.
