Role:
DryWater has built a dedicated live commerce studio from the ground up at our new Irvine, California HQ. As our Livestream Operator, you'll own the technical and production side of every broadcast-keeping streams running flawlessly, supporting on-camera talent, and delivering a seamless viewer experience from start to finish. We're looking for a hands-on self-starter who moves fast, solves problems in real time, and takes ownership without waiting to be told what's next.

$35/hr + commission
What You'll Do:
Own the technical execution of every livestream, including equipment setup, stream configuration, and real-time troubleshooting. Manage all back-end platform functions during broadcasts, including flash sales, giveaways, product features, and other live commerce tools. Moderate live chat to keep the conversation engaging, on-brand, and focused. Support on-camera talent throughout each stream, managing logistics and production so hosts can focus on selling and engaging. Step on camera occasionally when needed to support the broadcast. Capture short-form content around livestreams and contribute ideas for social, live commerce, and creative content.
What We are looking for:
Has hands-on production experience across film, TV, studio, live events, or similar environments. Is confident operating production equipment, software, and livestream platforms independently. Knows how to work with on-camera talent and create an environment where they can perform at their best. Has experience with TikTok Live, YouTube Live, OBS, or similar platforms-or can learn new technology quickly. Has a great personality and strong communication skills-comfortable engaging with viewers, responding to comments, creating energy, and helping drive flash sales in real time. Is dependable, proactive, and execution-focused. This is a shift-based role, so showing up prepared, on time, and ready to perform is essential. About Us.
