THE INVESTMENT WE WILL MAKE
Theoretical training to familiarize you with company policies, procedures, and initial knowledge about draft beer line cleaning. Flexibility to set your own schedule, as long as it is communicated to us prior to your start date. 2-4 weeks of paid field training $15-$20 hourly rate depending on experience Gas allowance of $8-$10 per day. Compensation for your drive time from home to your last account each day. Ongoing support from Schedulers, Service Manager, and Business Owners to ensure your success. Provision of tools and equipment needed for cleaning draft beer lines. Commission pay from eligible accounts Performance reviews at 3-6 months with a potential for an incremental hourly rate increase.
YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Draft Beer Technician, your duties and responsibilities include: Maintaining scheduled weekly cleaning and service routes using your own vehicle Performing minimal troubleshooting of the draft beer system and repairing any equipment issue/s. Keeping accurate records of services provided and payments received. Maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies. Completing all tasks at assigned accounts. Adhering to all company policies and standards. Providing job training to new technicians and assisting with other tasks as needed.
YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 years old or older. A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role. Excellent driving skills. Must pass a driving record check and criminal background check. Valid driver's license. Reliable personal vehicle for transportation with valid insurance. Willingness to travel and service various accounts within your city of residence and neighboring cities Availability for 5 to 6 hours per day during weekdays (between 7 am to 4 pm). Commitment to part-time work for the long term. This is a part-time position requiring 20-30 hours per week. Work starts between 7 AM - 9 AM, and clock out varies from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM, depending on the number of accounts scheduled for the day. You will be able to review your schedule one week in advance. This position requires travel to various accounts within your city and neighboring areas. Please apply only if you are willing to travel, use your own vehicle, and become an Independent Contractor (1099 job).

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have a reliable vehicle that you can use for traveling to our accounts? Are you willing to do fieldwork? This is a work on the road. You will need to travel to our clients at a certain location to clean their beer lines. Work starts at 7AM and ends til 4PM. Clock out varies, could be earlier - 11AM, 12NN, 2PM, depending on the number of scheduled accounts for the day. Are you ok with this schedule?
