is hiring Area Leads to join our leadership team for the 2026 Tulane football season. This is a hands-on game day role overseeing multiple concession stands and supporting our teams throughout the event. What You'll Do Oversee multiple concession stands and Stand Leads within your assigned area Assist with staff check-in, stand setup, and pre-event readiness Make sure stands are properly staffed, stocked, and ready for service Stay in communication with the Site Lead and provide updates throughout the event Help troubleshoot staffing, inventory, POS, and operational issues Monitor alcohol compliance and overall team performance Coordinate restocks and move staff where needed during high-volume periods Assist Stand Leads with closing procedures, inventory, and staff checkout What We're Looking For Leadership, concessions, hospitality, food service, or event experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced environment Reliable and able to work the full event Able to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must complete required alcohol compliance training Schedule Area Leads are expected to work all 2026 Tulane home football games . Shifts typically begin 4-5 hours before kickoff and continue through event closeout. Additional events may be available throughout the season.
