Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wakeboard Cablepark Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth on water operations during from day to day. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, guest service skills, and the ability to manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for the sport, enjoy the outdoors, or are interested in wakeboarding, we encourage you to apply. Duties Operate and maintain cable throughout the day to day operations. Help keep Tsr safe for Customers and Coworkers. Ensure our guests have a high quality experience. Collaborate with event coordinators and technical staff to prepare for upcoming events. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during operations. Handle emergency situations accurately when required, maintaining proper level of care for all guests. Engage with children and families, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees. Utilize public speaking skills for coaching or provide information to guests as needed. Exhibit conflict management skills to effectively address any challenges that may occur during events. • Requirements Previous experience on a Wakeboard/board, or willing to learn. On site training is available. Background in hospitality is advantageous. Experience with events management is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on public speaking. Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately. Demonstrated conflict management abilities to navigate challenging situations effectively. Familiarity with water sports, have a mechanical backgrounds or resort environments is a plus. A passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences for families. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by schedules.
