Job Description

Office & Administrative Operations Oversee and manage general office communications, including monitoring and distributing emails and voicemails. Assist with answering office phones if needed and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member. Follow team processes for expense tracking and invoice review in keeping with defined deadlines. Maintain accurate office records and ensure data is properly logged in organizational systems. Manage office cleanliness and organization with support from external cleaning company and FT staff. Manage office schedule and notifications to staff of upcoming and annual events. For example, weekly staff meetings, game day meetings, company gatherings, modified office hours. Assist team President and GM as needed on project execution. Assist Finance Director as needed on employee onboarding and other tasks as assigned. Game Day & Event Support Work occasional home games as needed and additional assigned special events, ensuring successful execution of game-day responsibilities. Assist with stadium preparation for events, including but not limited to the placement of signage, tent set-up, and table arrangements. Assist with customer service-related issues on-site and work to find reasonable solutions for fan needs. Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements. Lead IT issues with support of external vendors. Be trained to operate ticket system and able to support ticket sales at events as needed. Serve as a leader and mentor to interns and seasonal staff members. Program Coordination Oversee and manage all host family placements for players and interns Coordinate and book national anthem performers for home games Research and book community events throughout the year Oversee mascot scheduling and make sure there is proper coverage for all community events scheduled Assist with the distribution of school appreciation flyers in the spring General Workplace Expectations Foster a workplace culture representative of the organization's mission statement and core values. Maintain a safe workplace in keeping with team standards and applicable regulations.
