This is NOT a pilot position. Primarily Ground Support, with minimal Visual Observation (VO), which is expected to be phased out in the near future. Participate in periodic client-provided training to maintain relevant skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily Tier 1 Flight Operations (FlightOps) activities to meet Wipro customer operational requirements. Ensure all FlightOps activities are performed in compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW), quality, and safety standards. Monitor team performance and report performance, equipment, and operational deficiencies to Contractor management. Track and communicate Tier 1 FlightOps team availability and performance metrics. Coordinate with customer and internal teams to ensure efficient and uninterrupted flight operations.

Pay:
