About Primera Works Primera Works is a reality capture and scan-to-plan services firm supporting construction, development, and existing facilities. We provide high-accuracy digital documentation through drone mapping, LiDAR scanning, and as-built deliverables—giving our clients a clear, reliable understanding of their physical environments. Role Overview You will be responsible for executing drone-based aerial capture across a commercial property, supporting topographic mapping and site documentation efforts. This is a field-based role requiring professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and airspace regulations. Responsibilities Conduct drone flights for aerial mapping and site capture Capture high-resolution imagery for mapping and documentation Plan and execute safe, compliant flight operations Assess site conditions and adjust flight paths as needed Ensure proper data capture coverage across the entire property Coordinate with Primera Works team on-site or remotely Maintain equipment readiness and flight logs Process & Manage all backend point cloud registration and quality control Requirements FAA Part 107 Certified (Required) Proven experience with drone mapping / photogrammetry Experience with platforms such as Inspired Flight, FreeFly, etc. Familiarity with mapping software (DroneDeploy, Pix4D, etc.) preferred Strong understanding of airspace rules, safety, and compliance Ability to operate independently and professionally on-site Reliable transportation Preferred (Not Required) Experience working on construction or development sites Basic understanding of surveying or mapping workflows Experience delivering orthomosaics or site maps

1-2 days (initial project) Opportunity for ongoing project-based work Compensation Competitive, based on experience and equipment.
