Drone Pilot (Contractor) AeroIntel Systems Dallas, TX Job Details Contract $35 - $40 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications Logistics Camera drones Flight operations Remote Pilot Certificate Aerial photography Full Job Description Contract Drone Pilot - Magnetometer Survey We are looking for a motivated Drone Pilot / Field Technician in the Dallas, TX area to join our team for an upcoming magnetometer survey utilizing a Skyfront Perimeter 8 . The project is expected to include approximately 22 data-collection days spread over a little more than one month . You'll work directly alongside our lead pilot, assisting with flight operations, equipment setup, field logistics, and magnetometer data collection. This is a unique opportunity for an early-career drone pilot looking to gain experience beyond traditional photography and mapping. Very few UAS operators get hands-on exposure to long-endurance aircraft, magnetometer payloads, and geophysical survey operations , making this a great project for building both experience and a résumé. What we're looking for: FAA Part 107 certification Dependable and comfortable working long field days Strong interest in professional UAS operations Willingness to learn and work as part of a field crew Magnetometer experience is not required This position will begin as contract employment , with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right person as our UAS operations continue to grow.
