GNSN, LLC
is a media production company specializing in videography, photography, and aerial/drone services. We're building out our Aerial & 360° Capture team for a multi-city apartment survey contract. Location & Start Date Richmond, VA - starting Monday, October 5 (2 positions) What the Job Is This is mostly a ground job. You'll walk apartment communities with a 360 camera on a monopod, capturing every building, path, walkway, amenity, road, and accessible route. Expect a full day on your feet, often in the heat, with stairs. Each property is two separate visits:
Pathfinding Day:
Full 360° walkthrough of the property (3 to 25 buildings).
Operations Day:
Escorted by the property's maintenance lead, you'll record narrated video of back-of-house systems (shutoffs, electrical panels, risers, meters, HVAC). Schedule Contracts run 2-4 weeks, 3-4 days per week, 6-8 hours per day. Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm only. No weekend work. Requirements Insta360 X4 or newer, or a Ricoh Theta series camera. Gimbals, phones, and Matterport rigs do not qualify. Loaner cameras may be available with a deposit. iPhone or iPad with cellular service to run the capture app (license provided). No Android devices. Reliable internet for daily footage uploads. Reliable transportation to assigned properties. Travel is not reimbursed. Physical ability to walk and climb stairs outdoors for a full day. Professional appearance and attitude - we work in residents' communities. Show up when and where you commit and capture to full spec every time. Complete a short, self-paced online training course after onboarding (unpaid). Preferred FAA Part 107 certification. A drone capable of waypoint missions. Pay $23/hour, paid as a 1099 independent contractor. Contractors who perform well stay on our roster for future videography and drone work.
