Expected Start Date:
Sep 21, 2026 6 month contract, hybrid 2-3 days per week in - office supporting our airline industry client. Key Responsibilities Review content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, tone, and adherence to editorial, brand, and user experience standards. Identify broken links, outdated references, inconsistent terminology, formatting issues, and duplicate information. Validate that metadata, tags, ownership fields, and other required content fields are complete and accurate. Perform basic accessibility checks, including heading structure, descriptive link text, image alt text, and content scannability. Confirm that CMS updates reflect approved content and stakeholder feedback. Document defects, inconsistencies, and recommended corrections. Partner with Content Operations to resolve issues before publication. Flag content requiring additional clarification or stakeholder review. Support pre-publication and post-publication quality assurance checks. Help maintain QA checklists, editorial standards, and repeatable content-review processes. Required Qualifications Experience in proofreading, copy editing, content QA, digital content review, communications, or a related field. Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, editorial style, tone, and plain-language writing. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies across digital content. Experience reviewing web, intranet, knowledge-base, or digital-workplace content. Ability to follow editorial standards, QA checklists, and content guidelines. Comfort reviewing and validating content in a CMS or digital publishing environment. Knowledge of accessibility principles and

Level AA. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to clearly document issues and recommended fixes. Top Technical Must-Haves Content review for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, tone, and compliance with editorial, brand, and UX standards. Digital content QA, including identifying broken links, outdated references, duplicate information, terminology inconsistencies, and formatting issues. Metadata, tags, ownership fields, and required CMS field validation. Basic accessibility review, including headings, link clarity, alt text, and scannability. CMS quality assurance to confirm updates match approved content and feedback. Preferred Qualifications Experience with intranets, enterprise communications, HR operations, or employee-facing content. Experience validating links, metadata, documents, tags, and CMS page elements. Familiarity with content governance, editorial style guides, and content lifecycle processes. Experience supporting content transformation, migration, renovation, or refresh initiatives.
