Job Description
Overview We are seeking a talented Designer to join our fast-paced, collaborative design team. This role supports the design process from concept through sample development while working closely with senior designers and management. Experience designing trend-driven, fast-fashion styles such as Fashion Nova-inspired silhouettes, fits, and aestheticsis a strong plus. Responsibilities Collaborate with the design team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Create sketches, technical drawings, and assist with sample development Support the development of new styles under the direction of senior designers and management Build and coordinate color options for seasonal collections Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Skills Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Designer or Associate Designer Strong computer skills and professional email communication abilities Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under tight deadlines Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting techniques. Experience with schematics development and technical drawing creation. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
