Job Description

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Live Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in Chinese and have hands-on experience with TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, livestream e-commerce, traffic growth, and sales conversion. This role requires someone who is highly responsible, detail-oriented, and strong in execution. We need someone who can not only create plans, but also execute them efficiently, manage daily livestream operations, and help improve sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily TikTok livestream operations and support live selling activities Plan livestream schedules, product arrangements, promotions, and selling strategies Monitor livestream performance, traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales data Work closely with hosts to improve product presentation and livestream results Help optimize scripts, product selling points, pricing strategies, and viewer interaction Execute livestream campaigns and follow up on tasks quickly and efficiently Identify issues during livestreams and provide practical solutions Coordinate with the team on products, inventory, content, and marketing activities Communicate with Chinese-speaking team members, suppliers, or partners when needed

Requirements:

Chinese speaking required; bilingual Chinese/English is preferred Proven experience in TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, livestream e-commerce, or social commerce Strong understanding of livestream traffic, viewer engagement, conversion, and sales growth Strong execution ability and ability to get things done Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Experience managing livestream hosts or live selling teams is preferred Experience in fashion, accessories, beauty, lifestyle products, or e-commerce is a plus

Compensation:
