This role reports to the Director of Design. If you are looking to join a high-growth organization, we would love to speak with you! Responsibilities Researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers will like Collaborating with the sales team to develop ideas for new products based on research Designing sketches for new products with a design team Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design Overseeing the production of designs, including carrying out fittings Maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers and models About Us Headquartered in Los Angeles, Heart & Hips produces fashion apparel for the largest national retailers at the most competitive prices in the marketplace. With fully-owned and operated manufacturing facilities, we directly control our entire supply chain, from textiles to finished goods.
