We're looking for a clothing designer, fashion brand owner, apparel distributor, or retail entrepreneur interested in partnering on a new retail storefront and fashion experience. This isn't just another clothing store. We're creating a destination designed around fashion, culture, product launches, pop-up shops, and community — giving emerging and established brands a physical space to showcase their products and connect directly with customers.

THE CONCEPT

The storefront will be dedicated to: Clothing & streetwear sales New brand launches & product releases Limited-edition drops Pop-up shops Designer showcases Sneaker & accessory releases Brand collaborations Fashion events Private shopping experiences Local designer showcases Social media/content activations

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're especially interested in someone who: Has an existing clothing or fashion brand Is a clothing designer or apparel distributor Already has customers or an established following Understands retail, fashion, and merchandising Can source or produce quality merchandise Has a strong sense of branding and style Wants to grow beyond online sales Is interested in building something long-term rather than simply renting a retail space

THE PARTNERSHIP

We're open to discussing different partnership structures depending on the experience and contribution of the right candidate.

Potential opportunities may include:

Managing the retail operation Bringing an established clothing brand into the space Revenue-sharing partnership Merchandise distribution partnership Curating and managing other brands Hosting recurring pop-up events Developing an exclusive in-house brand Long-term equity/management opportunity for the right partner The goal is to find the right person—not simply fill a position.
