White Magnolia Bridal | Wyandotte, Michigan Love fashion? Love designer gowns? Love making a bride's "YES!" moment unforgettable? White Magnolia Bridal is looking for a confident, energetic, fashion-forward Bridal Stylist to join our luxury bridal team. This is not traditional retail. You'll lead private bridal appointments, style brides, sell luxury gowns and accessories, build relationships with clients, and play an important role in one of the biggest moments of a bride's life.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

Because our bridal appointments are primarily booked on weekends, consistent weekend availability is an essential part of this position.

This position requires:

Every Saturday Every Sunday 2-3 weekdays per week We are looking for someone who can consistently commit to this schedule. Saturday and Sunday availability is required every weekend and is not a flexible or occasional requirement. If you are unable to consistently work both Saturdays and Sundays , along with 2-3 weekdays, this position will not be the right fit. Please make sure this schedule works for you before applying.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead private bridal appointments from start to finish Style brides and create complete bridal looks Learn and represent luxury bridal designers Confidently recommend gowns, veils and accessories Close sales and work toward personal and team goals Participate in trunk shows, designer events and bridal expos Help maintain our beautiful showroom and support the team We'll teach you bridal. You bring the personality, confidence, work ethic and sales drive.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS

Outgoing, confident and comfortable leading a room Fashion-forward with a great eye for style Warm, polished and professional Motivated by sales and commission Comfortable asking for the sale A strong communicator and team player Passionate about creating an incredible client experience Previous sales experience is required. Bridal experience is a plus, but not required.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

Previous sales experience Strong communication skills Comfortable asking for the sale Excellent customer service Professional phone etiquette Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Saturday AND Sunday availability every weekend Availability for 2-3 weekdays

Preferred:

Bridal experience Luxury or fashion retail experience Styling experience Leadership or supervisory experience Bridal experience is not required. The right personality, confidence and sales ability are.
