No Job Description ECU School of Art and Design is currently seeking a Textile Design Area Studio Assistant to maintain textile areas and fulfill the following duties: General Upkeep of Textiles Labs 223 227 229 210 212 208A General Cleaning of the Textile Design Studios Sweeping as needed Clean surfaces as needed Dishes rotated and put away Laundry rotated and put away (check lint trap) Refill General Consumables Soap Synthrapol Paper towels Notify faculty when we are low on supplies

Clean and Organize Equipment Containers/tools:

remove old labels, clean

Shelving:

remove items and wipe surfaces Scrub sinks (including spray booth) Scrub backsplashes (walls around sinks and heating surfaces) Assist Faculty/Graduate Assistant with Studio Maintenance Unpacking inventory Discarding packing materials, recycle cardboard, etc. Organization of material/supplies in 229 GPA Requirement Minimum of 2.0 Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.) Textile majors are preferred.
