Flowers & Home is currently seeking an energetic experienced floral designer with a passion for the art of both fresh and permanent floral designs to join our team in Hot Springs. Only applicants who possess advanced knowledge of floral design mechanics and design principles and have a solid work history in the floral industry will be considered. Verifiable Floral Experience is required.

Responsibilities Create and arrange floral designs for events and everyday retail display, ensuring color harmony and fresh, long-lasting arrangements. Consult with customers to understand preferences, budget, and occasion, providing thoughtful recommendations and responsive service. Maintain inventory of fresh cut flowers, plants, containers, and supplies; restock displays and manage stock rotation. Handle point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, and accurate retail math while delivering friendly, professional service. Prepare and care for flowers (trimming, conditioning, hydration) and assist with light lawn/landscape duties as needed.
