This is a fast-paced role that combines front desk responsibilities with floral design and daily shop operations. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service while also creating beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and take accurate floral orders Recommend arrangements and upsell add-ons (balloons, chocolates, upgraded designs) Design floral arrangements based on customer requests and shop standards Process and care for fresh flowers (cutting, cleaning, hydration, organization) Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with daily shop operations and teamwork during high-volume periods Prepare arrangements for delivery and pickup Requirements Prior floral design or flower shop experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Availability on weekends and major floral holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic knowledge of flowers and arrangement techniques is a plus Why Join Us Creative and hands-on work environment Opportunity to grow in floral design and event work Supportive and team-oriented shop culture
