We are looking for a dedicated and energetic team member to join our San Francisco flower studio. If you are ready to immerse yourself in a fast-paced floral environment, we want to hear from you. We are looking for someone who: Deeply passionate about floral design and committed to developing new techniques. Brings previous experience in the floral industry to the table (is not a must, but strongly encouraged) Is looking for a long-term path for professional advancement. Can work flexible schedule, including availability for Saturday shifts. Enjoys sales and work with clientele.

Responsibilities include:

Manage incoming requests across all channels - including our online shop, phone inquiries, and in-person visits. Lead customer interactions (calls, web chat, and messaging) Handle the logistics of flower pickups from the market and ensure timely delivery of arrangements to our customers. Create beautiful custom arrangements tailored to specific client feedback and aesthetic preferences. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shop environment through daily upkeep. Actively participate in problem-solving and contribute fresh ideas to optimize our daily operations and product catalog. Execute post-event breakdowns for weddings and corporate accounts, including vase pickups throughout the Bay Area.

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
