As we continue to grow, and the lead designer and Owner plans to step back, we are looking for a talented Lead Home Staging Designer who is passionate about design, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and has an eye for creating spaces that buyers fall in love with. Position Overview The Lead Home Staging Designer is responsible for leading staging installations, mentoring staging assistants, and ensuring every project reflects the exceptional quality and design standards of Main Street Staging & Design. This is a part-time, as-needed position, with hours varying based on scheduled staging projects. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities Lead vacant and occupied home staging installations and de-installations. Design inviting, market-ready interiors that appeal to today's buyers. Direct and supervise staging assistants during installations. Load, unload, move, and arrange furniture, artwork, rugs, and accessories. Style each home according to Main Street Staging & Design's design standards. Maintain staging inventory and assist with warehouse organization. Communicate professionally with Realtors, homeowners, and team members. Travel throughout the Denver Metro, Castle Rock, and Colorado Springs service areas as projects require. Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Qualifications Professional experience in home staging, interior design, model homes, furniture merchandising, or residential decorating. Outstanding eye for color, scale, balance, and current design trends. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Self-motivated with excellent time management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and move furniture and décor (approximately 50 pounds with assistance when needed). Availability to work flexible weekday hours based on project schedules.
