Job Description
We are not your average flower shop! Although your primary role will be floral designing and plant care, all of our teammates must be comfortable with light bartending - pouring wine and serving beer. Requirements Proven experience in floral design or floral arrangement; horticulture or gardening knowledge is highly valued Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy retail environment Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures Basic bartending skills - serving beer, wine, and saké This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your love for flowers, plants, and community engagement.
