Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Flower Helper / Floral Preparation Assistant to support our flower distribution team. We import fresh flowers from Ecuador and supply supermarkets throughout South Florida. This position mainly involves preparing flowers for delivery, cleaning and organizing flowers, assisting drivers with route preparation, and ensuring each supermarket order is complete and ready before deliveries begin. Responsibilities Assist drivers with preparing flower orders for supermarket deliveries Count and organize flowers according to assigned store quantities Clean floral preparation areas Help unload and load flowers from vans and work vehicles Remove damaged or old flowers when needed Organize flower inventory inside delivery vans Work outdoors preparing flowers and maintaining cleanliness Ensure drivers leave with the correct amount of flowers for each stop Assist with general warehouse and floral preparation tasks Work Environment Majority of work is performed outdoors and around delivery vans Different routes are assigned throughout the week from South to North Florida locations Fast-paced environment handling fresh floral products daily Early morning shifts required Requirements Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida weather Good attention to detail and organization Ability to work quickly and efficiently Prior warehouse, floral, or loading experience is a plus but not required About Us We are a South Florida floral distribution company specializing in importing high-quality flowers from Ecuador and delivering them to supermarkets across the region.
