We specialize in high-end floral design, weddings, private events, brand activations, corporate events, and large-scale installations . We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about contemporary floral design. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, composition, texture, proportion, and current floral trends , and is comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique studio environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and create high-end floral arrangements, centerpieces, bouquets, and event installations Assist with large-scale floral installations and event setups Process, condition, and care for fresh flowers and foliage Assist with flower ordering, receiving, organizing, and inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient design studio Follow creative direction while also bringing your own ideas and expertise to the design process Stay current with floral design trends, fashion, interiors, art, and luxury event aesthetics Assist with loading, transportation, setup, breakdown, and strike of events when needed Work efficiently under time-sensitive event deadlines Handle flowers, tools, containers, mechanics, and other studio materials with care Represent the studio professionally when working on-site with clients, planners, venues, and vendors Qualifications 2+ years of professional floral design experience preferred Strong portfolio demonstrating contemporary, elevated floral work Experience with weddings, events, installations, or luxury floral design is a plus Strong understanding of floral mechanics and design techniques Excellent eye for color, scale, balance, and composition Knowledge of current floral and design trends Creative, dependable, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines Able to lift, carry, bend, stand, and work for extended periods when required Valid driver's license and must have a car Must be comfortable traveling to event locations throughout Miami and South Florida Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends, depending on events Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and portfolio Part-time | Approximately 10-24 hours per week , with additional hours available during events and busy periods.
