Opportunity for permanent employment after the season Two Daughters Design Company is a luxury Christmas and holiday decorating company specializing in one-of-a-kind residential holiday designs throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. We are seeking a talented, creative Seasonal Floral Designer / Holiday Decorator to join our team immediately for the 2026 holiday season. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced florist or floral designer who enjoys working creatively and wants to transition their skills into high-end faux floral and holiday design. This position does NOT involve fresh flowers. Our work is created using premium faux florals, greenery, ribbon, ornaments, decorative accessories and holiday decor. What You'll Be Creating Luxury Christmas trees Designer wreaths and swags Custom garlands Mantels and fireplace displays Staircase and railing decor Tablescapes and centerpieces Faux floral arrangements Bows and ribbon treatments Entryways and exterior holiday decor Large-scale residential Christmas installations Every project is different. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for scale, balance, color, texture and composition who can take direction while also bringing creativity and craftsmanship to the team. Where You'll Work Our workshop and warehouse are located in Dahlonega, Georgia, where much of our design, preparation and production takes place. Installation days require travel primarily throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia to our clients' homes. Travel time for company installation work is paid. Ideal Experience Floral design or professional florist work Faux floral arranging Christmas or holiday decorating Event or wedding floral design Visual merchandising Interior decorating or styling Wreath and garland construction Ribbon work and professional bow makingCandidates should be comfortable working with their hands, standing for extended periods, working from ladders when necessary, and assisting with the physical aspects of large-scale holiday installations. What We're Looking For Highly creative with a strong design eye Detail-oriented and particular about finished work Able to follow an established design vision Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Dependable and punctual Professional and respectful inside luxury private residences Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced seasonal environment Willing to travel with our team for installation days Interested in learning our distinctive approach to luxury holiday design Schedule & Season This position is available immediately and is expected to continue through February 2027, including Christmas installation season followed by January/early-February dismantling and organization. Holiday decorating is highly seasonal, so our busiest weeks can include longer days and changing schedules based on installations and client needs. For an exceptional candidate who is a strong fit with our company, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent position after the season. Compensation $20

•25 per hour, depending on floral/design experience and skill level. Paid travel time is provided for company installation travel.
