Source high-quality flowers and foliage from trusted suppliers, ensuring freshness and availability for scheduled events. Maintain an organized workflow by managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Ensure all floral installations are securely assembled and safely delivered to venues, with attention to detail during setup. Keep detailed records of floral inventory, supplies, and order specifications to streamline future projects. Communicate effectively with clients, event coordinators, and venue staff to coordinate logistics and ensure seamless execution. Requirements Proven 10+ years experience in floral design with a strong portfolio showcasing wedding arrangements and event decor. Extensive knowledge of floral design techniques, flower types, plant identification, and seasonal availability. Skilled in outdoor work environments with the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting heavy containers and arranging large installations. Familiarity with horticulture principles, gardening practices, and landscape maintenance is a plus. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects from conception through installation. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a bonus for serving diverse clients. Ability to operate POS systems for transactions related to flower sales or client billing when needed. Experience working with floral merchandising, stocking supplies, and maintaining inventory standards. Knowledge of retail sales processes including customer service excellence, retail math, cash handling, and cashiering procedures.
