This role involves creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients. No prior experience is required, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow in the floral industry. The position is based at our location in Salina, KS. Duties Designing and arranging fresh floral bouquets, centerpieces, and custom floral displays according to customer requests and seasonal themes Assisting customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences Providing friendly, professional customer service both in person and over the phone or online Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the floral work area and display cases Managing inventory of flowers, supplies, and packaging materials Ensuring all floral products are prepared and presented with attention to quality and detail Supporting store operations such as processing transactions, restocking shelves, and handling deliveries as needed Requirements No previous experience required; training will be provided on floral design techniques and customer service skills Strong communication skills with a welcoming attitude towards customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or varied shifts as needed Basic organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks Enthusiasm for learning about flowers, design, and customer service in a retail setting Join Pettles Flowers and Liquor to contribute your creativity and passion for customer satisfaction in a supportive team environment.
