Team members contribute to immersive environments that highlight seasonal beauty and enhance clients' experiences. Role Description T he Professional Holiday Decorator is a part-time, on-site role based in Laurel, MD. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, arranging, and styling holiday decor such as trees, wreaths, garlands, floral pieces, and themed displays in residential and commercial spaces. The role involves following design plans, safely handling decor materials and equipment, and ensuring all installations are neat, secure, and visually cohesive. Team members will assist with setup and breakdown of seasonal installations, organize and store decor inventory, and maintain clean work areas. The position requires collaboration with other decorators, clear communication with supervisors or clients, and adherence to safety and quality standards during all decorating activities. - On Site Training Provided ( Truck Drivers also needed for DMV area - No CDL Required) Qualifications Ability to create visually appealing holiday displays, including strong sense of color, scale, and balance. Comfort working with botanical and decorative materials such as greenery, floral elements, ribbons, ornaments, and lighting. Capability to follow design directions, interpret mood boards or layouts, and adapt decor to different spaces. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high aesthetic and safety standards during installations. Good physical stamina, including ability to lift and carry decor items, work on ladders, and stand for extended periods. Effective teamwork and communication skills, with a professional and client-focused attitude on-site. Reliable time management, punctuality, and flexibility to work seasonal, weekend, and evening hours as needed during the holiday installation season around mid-November Previous experience in holiday decorating, floral design, visual merchandising, or event decor is preferred but not required.
