About the role Venus et Fleur creates luxury preserved floral arrangements. Our Cranbury production floor is where every piece is built by hand. We're hiring creative, detail-driven people to help build arrangements and decorative pieces through our busiest season. A floral background is preferred but not required. If you're artistic and precise, we can teach you the rest. What you'll do Recreate arrangements consistently from design examples and specs Use your own judgment to make each piece beautiful, balanced and finished Hold a high bar on detail, proportion, color and finishing quality Handle delicate materials carefully and keep your workspace clean and organized Support production of seasonal floral and decorative collections What we're looking for Enjoys hands-on, creative, craft-based work l Strong eye for color, proportion and composition l Takes pride in making things well l Works carefully while maintaining a steady pace l Dependable, consistent, and accountable for the quality of their output Schedule This is a freelance, contract-based engagement, on-site in Cranbury, NJ.

Two tracks available:

Immediate start — begin as soon as you're available Seasonal, October-May — covering our holiday, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day production seasons During peak production periods we need a commitment of 30+ hours per week, including extended hours and some weekend work. Outside of peak, hours are lighter and scheduled around production needs. Physical requirements Standing for extended periods, repetitive hand work, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
