Passionist/Product Specialist/Clerk/Event Coordinator ProSoul Games is Hiring and we are excited. Each new hire is a chance to improve what we do in our small business and to fulfill our Mission Statement "Connecting people to passions, new and old." Every person who works at this store brings passion, knowledge, and new opportunities for growth. We are eager to learn what you can bring to help us grow as a team and better serve our customers and community. We have some expectations from a new hire including helping us ship orders on a regular basis. We also greatly value a Passionist. What is a Passionist? Some who has the drive and knowledge to bring something to the store that we don't have or don't have enough of. Feel free to explain how your unique talents and experiences can help us do what we aren't already. We need someone who can stand behind the counter and handle retail sales. We do not have an interest in hiring someone who can only stand behind the counter and handle retail sales. Job Requirements

• Have a passion for things the store sells or could sell.
• Be willing to be trained and train others on respective systems and passions
• People skills with associated with Sales and Events
• Willingness to be trained in the industry and the community
• TCG handling skills; pulling orders, sorting and putting away TCG (alphabetize)
• Cash handling and POS use ability
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 Pounds Unassisted
• Ability to be on the sales floor, assisting customers and navigating stairs, likely on your feet for a minimum of 2.5 hours at a time.
• General Cleaning
• Opening and Closing Tasks
• Ability to attend a two-hour mandatory training once per month and a mandatory breakfast meeting up to two hours once per month.

For staffing reasons we cannot hire anyone under 18 at this time. The interview process is three face to face meetings.
