We're looking for 1-2 talented floral designers to support our growing production team and help bring our event designs to life. Help Create Modern Floral Artistry The Pink Peony Co. is a luxury faux floral design studio specializing in modern, sculptural floral installations for weddings and events throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Our signature style is floral-forward, refined, and intentionally designed. We embrace sculptural composition, thoughtful movement, premium faux florals, and elevated color palettes to create timeless designs that feel both artistic and effortlessly elegant. We're looking for an experienced Floral Production Assistant who shares our appreciation for contemporary floral design and takes pride in creating exceptional work. This is a studio-based freelance position focused on preparing luxury faux floral arrangements before they are installed at weddings and events. Working alongside our Event Production Lead, you'll help bring our floral recipes and design concepts to life with precision, consistency, and craftsmanship. What You'll Be Doing Working from established floral recipes, reference photos, and design specifications, you'll: Build premium faux floral arrangements for weddings and events Shape florals to create natural movement and sculptural form Follow stem counts, color placement, and composition guidelines Maintain consistency across multiple production pieces Prepare floral mechanics, vessels, and production materials Refresh, repair, and maintain existing floral inventory Organize and prepare completed designs for event packing Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient studio environment This role focuses on studio production. Event-day installation opportunities may occasionally be available but are not required. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate has previous experience creating wedding or event florals and enjoys the production side of floral design.
