The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design and customer service, with the ability to create beautiful arrangements that meet our customers' needs. As a Florist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our store while providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings and special events. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their preferences and budgets. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral department, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Manage inventory levels by ordering supplies and conducting regular stock assessments. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the store. Stay updated on current floral trends and techniques to enhance design skills. Assists with wedding and event set up Skills Proficient in high end floral design with knowledge of flowers and floral care. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base.
