Duties Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and floral arrangements Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including the coolers Assist Floral Designers in preparation for various events Learn proper care of flowers and plants Learn flower processing, flower identification, & produce management Assist with inventory management Provide excellent customer service and help clients select flowers for special events Handle sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process cash handling with precision Stock coolers and store with fresh flowers, plants, and seasonal merchandise to ensure an attractive shopping environment Identify various plants and flowers to assist customers effectively and ensure proper plant care guidance Manage phone communication with customers for orders, inquiries, or delivery arrangements Experience & What We're Looking For Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in floral shops or garden centers Knowledge of floral design techniques and plant identification is highly desirable Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math ensures smooth transaction processing Willingness to get your hands dirty Able to lift and carry floral buckets, boxes, and supplies Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday Willingness to learn and take direction Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a bonus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and inventory records Passion for horticulture, gardening, or floral arts combined with excellent customer service skills will help you thrive in this role Why Join Us?
