Do you have experience with flower preservation, pressed flowers, resin art, framed bouquets, or floral design? Are you creative, detail-oriented, and looking for a unique opportunity in an artistic industry? We are a local flower preservation company under new ownership and are looking to add a reliable and dependable team member to our growing team. While experience in flower preservation or floristry is an asset, we are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and has an exceptional eye for detail. The flowers entrusted to us often represent once-in-a-lifetime weddings, memorials, and other meaningful life events. Success in this role requires patience, precision, organization, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. What You'll Help With Receiving and organizing supply deliveries Unboxing flowers and starting the preservation process Assisting with customer service tasks Preparing design mock-ups Pouring and finishing resin pieces General studio organization, cleaning, and administrative support Other day-to-day tasks as needed Essential Requirements Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Takes pride in doing a job correctly, even when no one is watching Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes consistently Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Excellent customer service skills Positive, professional attitude Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Willingness to learn new skills and processes Ability to follow company policies and procedures This position is best suited for someone who enjoys meticulous, detail-oriented work and finds satisfaction in creating beautiful, high-quality finished products. Training will be provided, and responsibilities will grow over time as you become comfortable with our processes. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
