+ match Paid Holidays Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management Lead all floral sales initiatives, including pipeline development, proposals, client consultations, and closing strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients, venue managers, and internal Landmark Event Co teams. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and design presentations to support premium service delivery. Oversee accurate proposal creation, pricing, and contract execution. Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach, strategic partnerships, and upselling opportunities. Creative & Design Leadership Oversee the creative vision, brand aesthetic, and design standards for all floral products. Lead the design team in concept development, mood boards, recipe creation, and event-day execution. Ensure quality, consistency, and innovation in floral arrangements, installations, and décor. Evaluate trends, suppliers, materials, and techniques to maintain competitive edge. Operations & Production Manage all operational aspects of the floral department including workflow, scheduling, staffing, production timelines, logistics, and event execution. Oversee procurement, ordering, cost management, and vendor relationships. Ensure proper inventory control, storage, and maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment. Team Leadership & Management Directly supervise designers, production staff, and logistics team members. Recruit, train, and develop team members to support high standards of creativity and professionalism. Manage scheduling, performance reviews, staff coaching, and cross-department collaboration. Business Administration Oversee contract management, billing accuracy, invoicing, and follow-up collections where needed. Manage departmental P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Establish and refine standard operating procedures and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, safety rules, and venue requirements.
Requirements:
5-20 years of professional floral design, production, and sales experience required. Previous ownership or management of a floral or design-related business highly preferred. Proven track record of revenue growth, team leadership, and delivering luxury-level client service. Strong creative design portfolio demonstrating advanced floral and décor skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple large-scale events simultaneously. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights during daily operations Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during peak seasons. Valid driver's license; ability to lift 25-50 pounds as needed.
