Your enthusiasm for flowers, gardening, and horticulture will shine through as you assist clients in selecting the perfect blooms and floral designs. Responsibilities Design and create fresh floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products by providing expert advice on floral design, gardening, landscape maintenance, and horticulture Maintain the floral display area with attractive merchandising, proper stocking, and organization of floral supplies and related merchandise. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries in multiple languages if applicable, ensuring a positive shopping experience Manage inventory levels of flowers, plants, and floral supplies through stock rotation and ordering support Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness, organizing tools and supplies, and assisting with merchandising efforts Requirements Passion for floral design, gardening, horticulture, lawn care, and landscape maintenance Strong communication skills to engage with diverse customers effectively in English or other languages Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred but not required; training will be provided Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting flowers or supplies Knowledge of floral design techniques and familiarity with POS systems is a plus Enthusiasm for learning about new plant varieties, merchandising strategies, and customer engagement techniques Join us to turn your love of flowers into a rewarding career where creativity blossoms every day!
