Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design and produce a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, reports, presentations, social media graphics, recruiting materials, postcards, event materials, and other branded assets. Support both property-specific marketing initiatives and corporate campaigns across the Matthews™ platform. Conceptualize and develop creative solutions based on written briefs, verbal direction, or business objectives. Maintain and elevate Matthews™ brand standards across all creative materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Collaborate with Marketing, brokerage, recruiting, leadership, and other departments to develop creative materials that support company-wide initiatives. Prepare final production files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and proper specifications. Coordinate with print and production vendors, including gathering bids, preparing artwork, communicating production requirements, and reviewing final deliverables. Assist with video and motion graphics projects as needed. Leverage AI-powered design and productivity tools to accelerate ideation, streamline production workflows, and enhance creative output while maintaining brand consistency and creative oversight. Stay current on design trends, technologies, and creative best practices and identify opportunities to evolve Matthews™ visual communications.Requirements:
Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and brand development. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Experience with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects preferred. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent, on-brand creative standards. Ability to interpret creative direction and transform ideas into polished visual concepts. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and company levels. Professional, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.The Right Candidate Will:
