Key Responsibilities Digital Design:

Modular Asset Design:
Build reusable components that support scalable, cross-channel content; contribute to evolving design systems.
Video Editing:
Edit short-form video content for social and digital campaigns-resizing, reformatting, and refining clips for specific platforms.
Influencer & Affiliate Creative:
Design and adapt visual assets for influencer and affiliate programs; maintain consistent branding across creator content, toolkits, and templates.
Asset Library Management:
Support the organization and maintenance of a shared asset library using consistent file naming, version control, and usage guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Creative, Marketing, Social, and E-comm teams; take and apply feedback from senior designers and stakeholders; communicate clearly and proactively.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, video editing software (Premiere) and other quick video editing tools, animation tools.
Design Skills:
Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, visual storytelling.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
