PrideStaff is looking for a Graphic Designer
POSITION ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING KEY RESULTS
Performs key job duties while upholding the Company's Mission & Guiding Principles. Collaborate with the brand and design teams to ensure creative requests exceed expectations by adhering to brand standards while reflecting current market trends. Develop and execute packaging solutions that are not only visually compelling but also strategically aligned with product, brand, and market goals. Work closely with product, marketing, and brand teams to turn insights and objectives into clear, engaging visual narratives. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where tight turnarounds are the norm, without compromising on quality, attention to detail, or brand integrity. Bring innovative thinking to every project, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and the realities of production and supply chain constraints. Apply and extend brand guidelines across packaging and supporting assets, ensuring consistency across channels while allowing space for smart iteration. Partner with industrial design, marketing, product management, and vendors to ensure packaging designs are feasible, scalable, and impactful. Prepare meticulous, print-ready files and follow through with vendors or production partners to ensure accurate execution and timely delivery. Keep a pulse on design trends, sustainability practices, and packaging innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table. Maintain a strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals and a keen eye for visual details, including color theory, typography, proportion, scale, layout, and visual presentations. Able to articulate (visual, oral, written, email) concepts and ideas so that the client clearly understands the design recommendations during formal and informal presentations. Strong collaborator with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and business teams to ensure content aligns with overarching strategic objectives. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts and campaign performance insights to stakeholders. Manage time and resources to meet and beat deadlines while maintaining clear communication with the team regarding project needs. Detail-oriented and highly adaptable, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while staying current with industry trends and evolving platform requirements

EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
4-year college Degree in Graphic Design/Communication, Art or Advertising with studies in color theory, illustration, web design, and use of graphic applications. 5+ years experience in a graphic designer role (or the equivalent). Print design experience a must. Experience in the creative industry is a plus. Experience in multi-channel retail and online-to-offline strategies is a plus.
COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND/OR EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MACHINES
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a valuable asset. Figma or Canva a plus. Experienced in using project management tools such as Workfront to support collaborative and deadline-driven workflows. Comfortable working in a Mac-based environment, with intermediate proficiency in macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and cloud-based collaboration platforms. An understanding of studio photography and video production is a plus, including hands-on experience with photo retouching and optimizing visuals for digital use. Experience with a digital asset management database. Strong understanding of file organization and version control, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and easy handoff between stakeholders. Hands-on experience creating high-quality production mockups for presentations, using tools such as straight edge, corner rounder, bull-nose punch and X-Acto knife.
