We are looking for someone who creates original artwork and designs from scratch, with a strong foundation in graphic art and a portfolio that showcases illustration, product design, and visual creativity. The ideal candidate may have experience designing t-shirts, stickers, tattoos, patches, prints, logos, or other merchandise. Industry experience in souvenirs, gifts, apparel, licensing, or consumer products is a plus. What You'll Do Create original illustrations and graphic designs for wholesale souvenir and gift products. Develop artwork for t-shirts, coffee mugs, keychains, magnets, stickers, and other merchandise. Design scenes and concepts inspired by nature, landmarks, attractions, destinations, and city environments. Translate creative ideas into polished, production-ready artwork for specific products and formats. Complete assignments based on detailed art direction, product requirements, and deadlines. Adapt and refine artwork for different sizes, materials, printing methods, and product applications. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in interdepartmental work related to product development and artwork production. Work in an office environment with the art and product teams. Maintain organized artwork files, versions, and project details. Help manage and prioritize projects within the small art department, based on experience and interest. What We're Looking For Proven experience as an illustrator, graphic artist, product designer, merchandise designer, tattoo designer, or in a related creative role. A strong portfolio showing original artwork created from scratch—not only layouts, templates, or marketing materials. Demonstrated experience with illustrations or designs for t-shirts, stickers, tattoos, prints, merchandise, or other physical products. Strong drawing, composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling skills. Ability to create artwork in a range of styles while maintaining a clear, polished design sensibility. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Knowledge of preparing artwork for print and manufacturing is highly desirable. Ability to interpret specific creative direction and execute artwork accurately. Strong organization skills, reliable work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. A collaborative, positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team. Important Note About This Role This position focuses on creating real art and original product designs. It is best suited for a hands-on graphic artist or illustrator who enjoys, computer art, drawing, designing, and developing physical merchandise. It is not primarily a marketing role and does not center on creating promotional banners, flyers, or general marketing collateral.
