In this role, you'll partner with ministry leaders across the church to create print and digital communications that engage our congregation, promote ministry opportunities, and reflect who we are with excellence and creativity. What You'll Do Design print and digital materials for ministries, worship services, classes, events, and church-wide initiatives Produce brochures, flyers, postcards, signage, banners, invitations, and promotional materials Create graphics for social media, email communications, digital displays, and the church website Maintain consistent, high-quality branding across all ministries and communication pieces Design and prepare the weekly worship bulletin Update and maintain Sunday Morning, Midweek, and other screen playlists Coordinate printing projects with outside vendors, preparing artwork and proofs for production and quality control Collaborate directly with ministry leaders to understand project needs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Maintain an organized library of digital artwork, templates, logos, and photographs Provide creative solutions for communicating ministry initiatives Assist with photography and basic video editing; support worship presentations and event graphics Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with the team on church-wide communication efforts Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Communications & Production What We're Looking For A life marked by integrity, professionalism, and dependability, with a heart for supporting Covenant's mission and ministry Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and/or other design software Church or nonprofit experience preferred Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Physical Requirements Ability to work at a computer for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally Occasional evening or weekend work for special events Schedule Standard office hours, with occasional evenings or weekends to support special events. Compensation Salaried, exempt. Compensation to be determined based on experience and current Covenant pay ranges for this position.

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
