This is not your usual designer role. Employees will learn the entire process, from meeting with the client, ascertaining their needs, designing their logo, printing their items, and making communicating directly with the public. Duties Assist in creating engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Support the development of branding materials, including logos, style guides, and brand assets that align with client or company identity. Contribute to motion graphics projects and basic video editing tasks using Adobe After Effects and other video editing tools. Be comfortable being on camera and in social media reels. Prepare design files for print production by ensuring proper layout design, color management, and file formatting for print advertising and promotional materials.
