On-Site Schedule:
M-F 8am until 5pm Position Summary We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong technical expertise, production awareness, and a commitment to quality. The ideal candidate will bring professional experience in graphic design, printing, and signage production, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role is essential to ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality output for our customers. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional Graphic Design experience (required) 1 year of printing industry experience (preferred) Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Flexi Experience in sign production or visual advertising (preferred) Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Stable work history and strong work ethic Ability to lift 15-20 lbs and perform physical production tasks Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate prior to start date Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments Must have experience working for a company (not solely freelance) Positive, adaptable, and willing to learn new processes
Key Responsibilities Graphic Production Design:
Prepare and design artwork for 10-30 jobs per day, ensuring accuracy and adherence to production standards.
Software Expertise:
Utilize Flexi, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to create print-ready files.
Job Setup & Execution:
Complete job preparation, material setup, and production coordination.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Participate in daily production meetings and maintain clear communication with Customer Service Representatives and production staff.
Production Support:
Assist with loading materials (15-20 lbs), organizing workflow, and ensuring timely job completion.
Record Management:
Update job records, production notes, and project status throughout the day.
Task Prioritization:
Reassess workload based on CSR direction and production needs. Education Degree in Graphic Design preferred Master's degree candidates may be overqualified for the role's daily task structure Work Environment & Expectations Professional, team-oriented production environment Daily morning production meetings Production workflow begins by 9:00-9:30 AM Job preparation, material setup, and execution throughout the day Midday reassessment of priorities with CSR Continuous record updating and production output management Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and consistent performance Compensation & Growth Hourly rate: $22.00/hr Opportunities for raises and productivity-based bonuses based on performance, output, and reliability #WPB
