We are looking for a creative, collaborative Graphic Designer who is passionate about branding, packaging, retail marketing, and consumer products. This role will help shape how our brands appear across retail shelves, Amazon, social media, digital marketing, and product innovation. Position Summary The Graphic Designer will develop compelling visual communications that strengthen our brands across multiple channels. This individual will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Leadership to bring new products and campaigns to life. Success in this role requires strong design fundamentals, an understanding of consumer packaged goods, attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to embrace modern creative tools and workflows. Primary Responsibilities Brand & Packaging Design product packaging, cartons, labels, displays, and retail-ready artwork Contribute to evolving brand standards across all product lines Prepare production-ready artwork for printers and packaging suppliers Support packaging revisions and regulatory updates Retail Marketing Create retailer-specific marketing materials Design merchandising displays, point-of-sale materials, and trade show assets Digital Marketing Design Amazon A+ Content, website graphics, email marketing assets, paid social creative, and social media graphics Product Innovation Create package mockups, concept renderings, mood boards, and launch materials Stay current on design trends within beauty, wellness, and CPG Creative Process Present multiple creative concepts for review Incorporate feedback efficiently Coordinate multiple projects while meeting deadlines Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, internships, or a portfolio demonstrating equivalent capability Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and using Apple Mac computers in a professional design environment Strong typography, layout, color, and branding skills Experience preparing print-ready production files Excellent communication and organizational skills Responds positively to feedback and iterates quickly Collaborates effectively across departments Demonstrates curiosity and continuous learning Preferred, but not Required Experience in CPG, packaging, or retail marketing Amazon or e-commerce creative experience Photography, motion graphics, or video editing experience Experience with printers and packaging manufacturers Produces consumer-focused creative solutions Balances creativity with business objectives Tools Adobe Creative Cloud Microsoft Office Canva AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar) for concept development, research, and workflow efficiency while maintaining original creative judgment.
