Squire Boone Village , a 40+ year established confectionery manufacturer and gift/souvenir industry supplier, is looking for a Production Graphic Designer to join our team in New Albany, Indiana. This position is ideal for someone with a creative eye who enjoys working with artwork, colors, layouts, and product design. You'll help bring tourist attractions' branding to life on a variety of souvenir products, including refrigerator magnets, keychains, stickers, jigsaw puzzles, temporary tattoos, and occasional custom product packaging. This is a hands-on production design role—not an advertising or marketing position. It's a great opportunity for someone with a graphic design background who wants to apply their skills to tangible products and continue building their portfolio. Responsibilities Add and arrange tourist attraction logos and artwork on various souvenir products. Create visually appealing layouts with attention to placement, color, and overall aesthetics. Prepare artwork for production using Adobe Creative Suite. Make design adjustments and revisions as needed. Occasionally assist with custom product packaging designs. Help with mail room and sample room duties as a first alternate when needed. Qualifications Associate degree in Graphic Design or a related field required. Some graphic design experience required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. A natural artistic eye for placement, creativity, and aesthetics. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. A portfolio demonstrating your design skills is preferred.
