You will recruit future leaders, determine program eligibility, and build powerful community partnerships that set our students up for lifelong success. Your Impact & Key Responsibilities Change Lives:

Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible youth into the life-changing Job Corps program.

Guide & Mentor:

Conduct career counseling and thorough assessments to help applicants align their goals with our vocational trades.

Build Connections:

Serve as a dynamic liaison between the Center, high schools, technical schools, and local community agencies.

Host & Inspire:

Lead engaging Center tours, pre-arrival visits, and parent meetings to welcome new families. Collaborate for

Success:

Partner with internal departments to ensure a seamless transition and strong early retention for arriving students.

Maintain Integrity:

Evaluate educational, behavioral, and medical records with strict confidentiality and data integrity. What You Bring to the

Table Education:

Associate degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Science, Communications, or a closely related field. (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience:

2 years of related experience. Experience with Job Corps enrollment or other youth development programs is highly valued!

Driver's License:

A valid in-state Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.

Qualifications:

Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications or closely related field and two years related experience required. Experience may include successful Job Corps enrollment or successful enrollment in other youth development programs. Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirement. Candidate must service the New Albany Region of Indiana.
