Job Description
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
(NAVAIR-2026-26007-F): Bowhead seeks an experienced graphic designer to join the NAVAIR Command Communication Team. This is a temp role. Responsibilities The graphics designer will provide timely multi-media, desktop publishing, and presentation support to meet NAVAIR Corporate Communication Department requirements.Tasking may include:
- Meet with customer to determine the scope of project
- Understand the message the design should portray
- Create images that identify or convey a message
- Develop graphics to illustrate organizational principles on websites and in print
- Select colors, images, text style, and layout
- Present the design for approval
- Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
- Review designs for errors The graphic design shall provide multi-media support for digital media using appropriate software including but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
