RFK Racing is seeking a talented and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team . Reporting to the Creative Director, this role is responsible for designing and producing compelling visual assets that support RFK Racing's digital platforms, marketing initiatives and partner programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling while consistently delivering high-quality creative that aligns with RFK Racing's standards and business objectives. As a key contributor, the Graphic Designer will partner closely with the Creative Director and collaborate across Digital, Partnerships, Marketing, Communications, Licensing, and Competition to bring ideas to life through impactful design. This individual will lead the execution of race-week graphics, sponsor activation assets, marketing campaign creative, presentations, and promotional materials while helping maintain a cohesive and premium brand presence across all touchpoints. Through strong creative execution, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation, the Graphic Designer will help strengthen fan engagement, elevate partner value, and further establish RFK Racing as one of the most distinctive brands in motorsports.
Duties:
Create graphic design assets for RFK Racing's digital platforms, maintaining a consistent visual identity across team, driver, partner, and corporate channels. Design and execute creative assets for social media, website content, marketing campaigns, email communications, sponsorship activations, and internal initiatives. Own the development and production of weekly race-week graphic needs, including Paint Preview Graphics, Tune-In Graphics, TV Schedules, Race Results, Driver Statistics, Quote Graphics, and Partner Content. Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for sponsor activations, marketing campaigns, special announcements, and team storytelling initiatives. Create and maintain brand templates, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all RFK Racing properties. Produce high-quality mockups, presentation visuals, partnership pitch materials, merchandise concepts, and promotional materials to support business development and marketing objectives. Collaborate with social media, content, marketing, competition, licensing, and partnership teams to translate goals into compelling visual content. Manage relationships and deliverables with external creative vendors, agencies, and partners, including reviewing and approving final creative assets. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and evolving digital best practices to continually elevate RFK Racing's creative output.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Lightroom. Experience creating graphics optimized for digital, social media, web, print, and large-format applications. Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling principles. Experience designing sponsor-facing materials, marketing campaigns, and promotional assets within a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques; After Effects experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with 3D rendering and visualization tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar platforms is a plus. Experience with project management and collaboration platforms, preferably Monday.com and Frame.io. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives, brand guidelines, and data-informed decision making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and travel associated with race events. Experience in motorsports, sports marketing, entertainment, licensing, or consumer brands is preferred.
