RFK is seeking a skilled Print Shop Technician/ Graphic Installer to join our dynamic team. The Print Shop Technician / Graphics Installer will help bring the RFK Racing brand to life through race car and hauler graphics, signage, partner assets and more. It's hands-on, highly visible work in a fast-paced environment where quality, precision and attention to detail matter. Responsibilities Operate wide-format digital printers to produce high-quality graphics, signage, decals, and vehicle graphics. Laminate, trim, cut, weed, package, and prepare printed graphics for delivery or installation. Perform routine printer maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates properly. Install vehicle wraps, decals, graphics, and other vinyl applications while maintaining a high standard of quality. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe print shop and installation workspace. Verify completed orders to ensure all required components are included, properly packaged, and ready for delivery or installation. Maintain accurate inventory of vinyl, laminate, inks, and other shop materials; monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs. Track projects and prioritize workload to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on schedule. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency before completion. Assist with preparing files and materials for production and installation as needed. Follow proper handling, safety, and equipment procedures throughout the production and installation process. Individuals should have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Primarily to be able to add or adjust Cut Paths and bleed to files, as necessary. Previous experience installing vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, or signage. Knowledge of proper vinyl application techniques and surface preparation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Individuals should have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Primarily to be able to add or adjust Cut Paths and bleed to files, as necessary. Previous experience installing vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, or signage. Knowledge of proper vinyl application techniques and surface preparation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
